Today, there's a lot of great content in the world that tends to naturally attract an audience, but that doesn't mean it's the best content for your brand or organization.

Defining a target audience is a recognized marketing best practice that PR professionals shouldn't overlook when creating content. To create the best content, you need to understand who you are talking to, what appeals to them and how and where they are engaging with it.
